Description of Services
OttoSwitch provides an AI receptionist and messaging automation for home service businesses. Our services answer inbound calls, qualify leads, capture and follow up on inquiries, and send transactional and, where consent has been given, marketing communications by SMS and email on behalf of our clients.
Ottoswitch LLC does not engage in affiliate marketing or the buying or selling of leads.
SMS Program Terms
- You opt in to SMS by voluntarily providing your mobile number and giving separate marketing consent.
- Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and reply HELP for assistance.
Fees, Billing, and Cancellation
Our services are billed monthly. There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel with 30 days notice. Setup fees, where applicable, are one-time and are described at the time of purchase.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or carrier or messaging policy.
- Send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or unsolicited messages.
- Infringe the rights of others or misuse another party's information.

All content, branding, software, and materials made available through our website and services are owned by Ottoswitch LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
